Refund and Returns Policy


X-Force will cover your product warranty for 30 days from purchase only, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. 

If your product is damaged and not working as intended we will attempt repair or replacement of the product before a refund is offered.

If your product needs to be returned to X-Force, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs.  Please include your name, address, contact phone number and Order Number when the product is posted. 

Your refund will be returned to you by the same payment method used at the time of purchase; generally this can take approximately 5-10 business days to return to your account. 

If this time has passed and no refund is evident, please check your transaction history or contact your bank.  If your refund has still not been received after that, please contact us on

Please note: Change of mind is not covered as part of our returns policy.   Please choose your products carefully as we will not exchange or refund any products, due to change of mind.

Refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. The product has been damaged by the customer’s actions. (except package seals)
  2. The product’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage/consumption.
  3. The product’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
  4. The product has been customized for a specific buyer.
  5. Internal parts were installed by buyer (Please check parts before installing), Once installed we take no responsibility for broken items, due to installation. 
  6. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  7. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
